Location: Rice Belt – Upper & Lower Sindh

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Design and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to the rice belt.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior management.
- Ensure operational excellence within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and ensure effective market penetration.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to farmers and retailers.
- Execute promotional campaigns to boost product awareness.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely payment collection.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or related fields.
- Proven experience in agrochemical, seeds, or related industries.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Sindh’s rice belt and farming practices is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
