Experience:
5 to 6 Years Experience in Relevant Field
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth across the region through effective management of territory operations.
- Oversee and evaluate the performance of Territory Managers, ensuring alignment with sales targets for both value and volume.
- Lead initiatives for brand development and strengthening brand presence in the region.
- Build and expand the dealer network, ensuring strong and sustainable relationships.
- Leverage personal dealer and farmer networks to support overall regional sales objectives when required.
- Develop and execute field service strategies to ensure better market penetration and brand visibility.
- Monitor market dynamics and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the region.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales management, specifically in the cotton belt region of Lower Sindh.
- Strong personal network with dealers and farmers, with the ability to mobilize them effectively.
- Expertise in territory management, brand building, and dealer network development.
- Solid understanding of field services and their role in driving sales and market penetration.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide Territory Managers toward achieving regional sales goals.
