Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the agricultural sector

       Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the organization.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
2. Compensation and Benefits
  • Design, review, and manage employee compensation structures and benefits programs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
3. Payroll Management
  • Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  • Handle employee deductions, tax calculations, and other payroll-related matters.
4. Office Asset Management
  • Maintain records for office assets and oversee handing-over and taking-over procedures.
  • Ensure proper allocation and utilization of office resources.
5. Performance Management
  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure fair evaluation across teams.
6. System Building for HR Management
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, processes, and systems to streamline operations.
  • Continuously improve HR practices to enhance employee satisfaction and efficiency.
7. Coordination and Communication
  • Act as a bridge between the head office and field staff, ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Facilitate coordination among sales teams across the country.
8. Employee Relations
  • Address employee grievances and foster a positive working environment.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
