Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field
Experience:
1 to 2 Years Experience in Relevant Field
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular contact with growers, vendors, and dealers to gather feedback on products and services.
- Collect customer data from the field team and maintain records.
- Collect weekly, daily route & activity plans from the sales team.
- Follow up with the sales team to compile the weekly, daily activity calendar.
- Regularly monitor the field team against the given activity calendar and share reports with management for evaluation.
- Regularly update the sales team against variances of target versus actual.
- Telephonically create awareness of new offerings, promotions & policies to the customers.
- Regular feedback collection from farmers and dealers regarding sales and field team support.
- Keeping customer updates about orders and following up on outstanding payments.
